Ch 3: Key Relationships
After adding everything needed to PCO, make sure you message your vocal team on Slack- the setlist deadline for a Sunday service is Tuesday evening, and a Wednesday service is Friday evening.
Your message should come as quickly as possible following the completion of the set and vocal parts.
In your message, be sure to include any significant details regarding your Worship Leaders’ vision, new songs or variables to pay attention to, and an encouragement to the team that shares your excitement about serving with them!
Remind your team to reach out with any questions they may have throughout the week- if we can iron any details out before soundcheck, that's always a plus!
