
CAMPUS ADMIN
Description
The Campus Admin is a support role to the Campus Worship Director to assist in administrative tasks at the campus. This role will also fall under the leadership of the Worship Admin (HQ), who will help support them with the more technical and logistical side of the role.
Responsibilities
Communication - Manage the drafting and review of team communications (if not already prepared by HQ). Ensure that communications are provided to team members regarding key events, important announcements, and other topics.
Event/Meeting Scheduling - Coordinate the scheduling of campus worship events and campus core team meetings. Campus admin supports the CWD in confirming meetings as requested by the CWDs, taking notes, creating action items to be completed by fellow team members and/or providing specific support. Attends all campus core and leadership meetings.
Creative Childcare Coordination Support - Assist in the organization of childcare for the children of worship team members for campus specific worship events & services when needed.
Budget - Provide budget support to the CWD. Support includes tracking spending, and keeping a monthly pulse on the status of the campus budget. All spending for team members must be reported to the campus admin in order to be tracked.
Fuel - Works directly with the campus fuel team for any additional campus specific needs. The fuel team will still schedule for regular services, but the campus admin will need to organize any fuel needs outside of those regular services (this does not apply to whole team events).
Inventory - Creates and maintains an inventory list of what we should have at each campus (drum kick pedal, toms, etc).
Security Requests - Submit security requests through Wrike for key cards and campus access for team members.
Slack and PCO Management - Maintain and update Slack channels, ensuring the appropriate team members are included, and manage and update PCO tags and teams to ensure accurate organizational alignment.
