ONBOARDING LEAD
Onboarding Leads are responsible at each campus for the stewardship of new and prospective worship teammates. From the moment a worship application is approved to the first time serving on the platform, our Onboarding Leads are here to guide vocals and musicians through our process. Our aim to is to welcome those interested in joining the team, efficiently assess their skills and areas of opportunity, and give them resources to serve and grow accordingly.
Prepping Candidates and Facilitating Auditions
The Onboarding Lead will provide resources and information for auditions, as well as coordinate on the back end to set up auditions at their campus. This includes scheduling audition coaches, reserving rooms, requesting production as needed, and more. This can also include answering any questions that potential teammates may have in the process.
Overseeing the Orientation Process
Once individuals enter orientation, the Onboarding Lead will move to more of a supporting role, as the vocal and musician managers and CWD will now be primarily responsible for development and training. It will still be the goal of the Onboarding Lead to keep orientees progressing forward, ensuring there is strong momentum and great communication between orientees and campus leadership.
Success Measures
Our worship onboarding process is clear, concise and timely for new and prospective teammates.
Our auditionees and orientees feel properly equipped and supported in what is expected of them for the task at hand.
Onboarding leads utilize their campus core team to effectively audition and integrate new team members onto our team (CWD, vocal and musician managers, pastoral care lead).
Our worship team is growing not only in numbers, but in depth of understanding our purpose, and how to continually grow and develop.
